Cypriot bishop, Neophytos Masouras of Morphou, has an interesting take on on anal sex. A video has emerged of him telling a gathering that homosexuality is “a problem, which is usually transmitted by parents to the child”.
Bishop Neophytos Masouras explained that the desire to have anal sex is passed from mother to the child when pregnant women have anal sex. Here is how he phrased it:
“To be more clear, anal sex. Saint Porfyrios says that when the woman enjoys that, a desire is created, and then the desire is passed on to the child.”
A clip of his outrageous speech quickly went viral on social media with LGBT rights group ACCEPT asking the holy man: “How are lesbians created?”
Another social media user added: “So, father, if the woman does oral, will the child become a dentist?”
Still, it’s nice to know the priest realises that anal sex isn’t just a gay sex thing!
