Finding Mr Christmas is back with a fresh cast of ten hopefuls, all competing for a star turn in a Hallmark holiday movie. Jonathan Bennett hosts again, keeping the festive chaos on track while the judges test charm, acting chops, and on-screen chemistry. Season 2 premiered on 27 October 2025 on Hallmark Channel, with episodes streaming the next day on Hallmark+.

Why this series matters now.

Hallmark has spent the last few years widening who gets a holiday love story, on cable and on its relaunched streaming service, Hallmark+. Bennett’s recent projects sit at the centre of that shift, from The Christmas House and its sequel to Season’s Greetings From Cherry Lane and The Holiday Sitter.

The latter marked Hallmark’s first Christmas film with a central romance between two men. At DNA, we see this series as part of that ongoing course correction toward inclusion that audiences actually recognise on-screen.

This year’s lineup includes models, actors, a musician, a photographer, an acting teacher, and even a former NFL player. Among the names to watch: Drake Kuyper, Marcus Brodie, Davey Fisher, Craig Geoghan, Angel Garet, Logan Shephard, Robbie Simpson, Gabriel Thaxton, Rustin Sailors, and Jake Schum.

They arrive from Denver, Los Angeles, Lake Tahoe, Long Island, Venezuela by way of North Carolina, Ohio, New York City, Wyoming, San Diego, and upstate New York. The mix is deliberate. It gives casting a bigger playground and gives viewers a wider set of leading-man types to root for.

Bennett’s through line across the holidays.

New episodes air weekly in prime time on Hallmark Channel, then land on Hallmark+ the next day. If you prefer to stream, Hallmark+ is ad-free and carries new series and films with member perks attached. Simple.

Bennett’s Hallmark résumé tracks the network’s broader move toward telling more inclusive stories, from the ensemble in The Christmas House to the couple in Season’s Greetings From Cherry Lane and the headline-making The Holiday Sitter. Season 2 of Finding Mr. Christmas fits neatly beside them, pairing comfort-watch TV with the sense that everyone should get a chance at the final kiss under the lights. Who gets it this year?

Look out for Robbie Simpson, an out actor and teacher who has spoken about visibility and tradition around holiday viewing. Keep an eye on Jake Schum, the ex-NFL player turned trainer, and Rustin Sailors, a musician from San Diego. The season also features Angel Garet, Craig Geoghan, Davey Fisher, Marcus Brodie, Logan Shephard, Gabriel Thaxton, and Drake Kuyper, each bringing a different energy to the on-screen tests.

The format is familiar, the tone stays cosy, and the prize leads to a real film credit. That last piece is the hook. Hallmark has already shown it will hand the winner a leading role, so the stakes are baked into every challenge. It turns the weekly eliminations into a cast-your-own-movie exercise for people at home.

Where to start.

Begin with the season premiere to meet all ten, then pick your favourite and see if they can hold a close-up, land a flirt scene, and make a Christmas confession feel genuine. We will be watching with you.
