In a tweet posted by The Recount, Trump’s poor record on LGBTIQ rights has been contrasted with statements by his daughter, Tiffany, and the First Lady, Huffington Post reports.

The video, which has been viewed more than 3 million times, cuts statements made by the two women with either Trump’s own words or actions his administration has taken since winning office.

“The Trump family has spent the campaign’s closing days whitewashing the president’s abysmal record on LGBTQ issues,” The Recount tweeted.

The video starts with the First Lady, Melania Trump, saying she is “shocked” people tried to portray her husband as “anti-gay or against equality,” and then cuts to newsreader reporting the president’s ban on trans people serving in the US military. Watch the full video below.

Back in October, Tiffany Trump spoke at a Florida Pride event where she told supporters, “Prior to politics, he [Trump] supported gays, lesbians, LGBIQIA+ community.”

She notably omitted mentioning the trans community.
