Madonna Announces Celebration Tour Dates For Europe And North America

On Tuesday, January 17, Madonna announced that she will be taking the show on the road with her Celebration Tour hitting North America and Europe in 2023, reports The Hollywood Reporter.

THE QUEEN OF POP STILL REIGNS

It has been 40 years since Madonna first broke into the industry and made her mark in history. In a new video posted across her social media and on her YouTube channel, Madonna sits at a table with famous friends including Diplo, Lil Wayne, Eric André, Bob The Drag Queen and Amy Schumer to announce the world tour.

In keeping with Madonna’s brand of always modernising, she surrounds herself with big names from the entertainment industry to play a game of truth or dare. After asking Amy Schumer to show the table how she tosses her husband’s salad, Schumer dares Madonna to go on a world tour where she’ll perform all her greatest hits. And thus the announcement is made.

The tour will be presented by Live Nation and span 35 cities total across North America and Europe. Starting in Vancouver in July, the tour will land in most major US cities including Detroit, Chicago, New York, Miami and Los Angeles before heading to Europe, reports The Hollywood Reporter.

The tour tickets will go on-sale on Friday, January 20 at 10pm local US time. For more information about the Celebration Tour and to purchase tickets, visit madonna.com/tour.
