So, Zac Efron’s brother, Dylan, took on The Traitors. Turns out, he’s not just a hot guy who likes the outdoors. He’s an influencer, a producer, and a game player. He even skipped a trip to Africa to be on the show.
“It was like a dream,” Dylan said about being on The Traitors. He used his acting radar, inspired by his brother Zac, to sniff out the competition. Dylan also had to deal with a surprise wedding between Tom Sandoval and another contestant, officiated by Alan Cumming. Oh, and buckets of bugs!
Dan Jervis, a Welsh swimmer, is saying goodbye to competitive swimming. He’s a double Olympian and a Commonwealth medalist. After the Paris 2024 Olympics, he’s ready to hang up his goggles.
Jervis came out publicly in 2022. “I didn’t know any out gay swimmers when I was younger. And I needed that,” he said. He competed in Tokyo 2020 and placed fifth. In Paris 2024, he placed 15th.
“Classically Trained Gay Guy”: Joel Kim Booster’s Time to Shine
Joel Kim Booster, the comic who brought us Fire Island, has been busy. He’s hosting the 77th WGA Awards’ West Coast ceremony. He said, “I am a classically trained gay guy, so I love award shows”. He hopes to bring some laughs after some tough years in Hollywood.
'Writers can find a way to uplift everyone,' said host Joel Kim Booster in his opening at the WGA Awards opening. He thanked firefighters and first responders.
Before becoming a comedian, Booster worked as a copywriter in Chicago. Fire Island, a queer take on Pride And Prejudice, premiered in 2022 and was a hit. Booster wrote, produced, and starred in it. He’s also been on TV shows like Loot, Big Mouth and Shrill. This guy knows how to stay busy!
Booster was born in South Korea and adopted by an American family. He came out in high school and has talked about living with bipolar disorder. His comedy often touches on identity, sexuality, and culture.
