Daniel Craig And Omar Apollo’s NSFW Instagram Post From “Queer” Has Everyone Losing It

Omar Apollo in Queer (A24)

The Scene That Made Everyone’s Morning Better

Omar Apollo’s latest Instagram post about his role in Queer has everyone talking. The Evergreen singer shared a cheeky photo from his intimate scene with Daniel Craig. The film is now ready to watch on Prime Video and iTunes.

What’s All the Fuss About?

The post showed Apollo using a tongue emoji to cover certain parts, but we can tell you – the actual film leaves nothing to the imagination. Have you seen how fast the comments section filled up with excited fans?

Want to see what caused all this commotion? Head over to Omar’s Instagram post – but fair warning, it’s spicy even with the emoji cover-up.

Troye Sivan wanted to know where to watch it. Jordan Firstman played coy, asking what was under that emoji. We loved Hari Nef’s honest comment: “finally i can stream in peace.”

Some followers weren’t happy with Apollo’s post. His response? “You’re not my target audience. I will never make myself ‘palatable.'” That’s the kind of energy we live for.

Behind the Scenes

The film, set in 1950s Mexico City, follows Lee (Craig) and a young ex-pat (Drew Starkey). Did you know the scene was originally meant to be more intense? Apollo told Queerty they toned it down during filming.

Craig called Apollo a “beautiful human being” after their scene together. “We’re all adults,” Craig said. “We know what it’s about and try to make the scene as real as you can.”

The film faced some pushback in Turkiye, where authorities banned it from film festivals. But that hasn’t stopped its success elsewhere.

We’re here for Apollo’s confident debut, and from what we can see, his performance in Queer proves he’s got serious acting chops.
