“I came across Ant’s profile on Instagram and quickly realised there was a Kylie song on pretty much every post, so obvs he has great taste right,” says photographer Nige Rorbach.
“We got chatting and arranged a shoot, which went so well and you’d think we had known each other years the amount of talking we did. A little while after that, a random comment sparked off a conversation, and I said I had wanted to do a shoot inspired by Kylie Minogue for years, but I wanted it to be with someone who loved her as much as I did, and Ant jumped at it.
“We wanted to take inspiration rather than copy, even though the KM94 black-and-white images are really close to poses from the album artwork.
“Hopefully, other fans will see the love we have for our queen, and maybe she’ll even pick up on them, too! Yeah, I can hope and dream.”

So the Kylie shoot has been inspired by her constantly evolving image through the years. Right back to the beginning of the PWL days. I have loved Kylie and her music since I was ten years old (I’m now 48) and it has ran through my life as the soundtrack. Each song is a moment in my life. Her music has been there through the rough and the smooth. She has always been there for me and her music is definitely the love of my life.
