If you purchased your subscription directly with DNAstore, your access is automatic.

If you have purchased a DNA Digital subscription through the DNA app, or via iTunes etc, you will need to be manually assigned access to the Subscribers Zone. Just contact us and we’ll give you access. Once we verify your subscription, we’ll give you access.

iTunes Subscribers
So that we can access your iTunes subscription information (as iTunes withhold your personal information), we need you to synchronise your iTunes subscription with a Pocketmags account.
To sync, please follow the following steps within the DNA app:-
1. Go to Options > Login/ Register > Enter your email address > Enter your Password (if you’ve forgotten it, you can re-set it here https://pocketmags.com/forgot-password )
2. Go to Options > Restore purchases > ‘I have made purchases through this app on iTunes’
Once you’ve done that, please let us know and we’ll update your Subscriber Zone access.
