Zac Barrett built the body first, then the OF following, and the headliner deal followed. The Aussie fitness model and OnlyFans creator has signed with Falcon/NakedSword, the studio behind Falcon Studios, NakedSword and Raging Stallion, with six releases already lined up. The signing landed on 10 June 2026.

The full-circle flex
Here is the part that gym junkies will appreciate. The studio he just joined is the one that got him training in the first place. “Falcon/NakedSword is an absolute institution in our industry, and I’ve been a fan for over 20 years,” Barrett said in the signing announcement, as reported by adult industry outlet XBIZ.

“Their performers inspired me to first hit the gym, so joining the Falcon family is a surreal full-circle moment.”

That background is not just talk. Barrett trained competitively in bodybuilding, and the physique filling his feeds is the same one that caught a major studio’s eye.
What a headliner deal actually means
Studios do not sign headliners on a whim. It is a marquee, multi-project contract handed to a performer they plan to build releases around. Six of them, spread across three of the biggest studios in gay adult film, is a serious move for an Australian creator stepping onto a global stage.

We have all seen plenty of gym transformations. Very few finish with a Falcon contract. Follow Zac on Instagram at @thefitroo for the fitness content between shoots.
