You Don’t Need More Products, You Just Need The Right Two!

Aussie men’s skincare brand Eshu Skincare reckons most men don’t need more products. They just need the right two.

Eshu first launched in 2008 and grew quickly, landing shelf space at Sephora and a run of Macy’s stores in the United States, including the Herald Square flagship in New York.

According to Eshu, that early run eventually reached more than 300 retailers overseas. After stepping back from the market, the founders have brought the brand back with a smaller range and a clearer idea of what they’re trying to fix.

Two Products, Not Ten

The current range is built around two items: a daily moisturiser and an exfoliator, sold separately or as a bundle. The moisturiser leans on niacinamide to support the skin barrier and calm redness, paired with Kakadu plum, a native Australian fruit prized for its vitamin C content.

The exfoliator targets clogged pores and blackheads, following the same logic of using fewer, stronger actives rather than padding out an ingredient list. Both come in refillable airless jars, so the packaging doesn’t get binned every time a bottle runs dry.

Is It Actually Built for Sensitive Skin?

Eshu markets both products as vegan, cruelty free, fragrance free and free of parabens, which matters if your skin reacts badly to a heavy routine. The moisturiser currently holds a 4.9 out of 5 rating from 29 reviews on the brand’s own site.

That’s not an independent score, but it lines up with what Eshu says drives the formula: strengthen the skin barrier first, and let hydration and a healthier-looking glow follow.

As the brand puts it: “Healthy skin doesn’t come from using more products. It comes from using the right products.”

A Finalist, Not Just a Marketing Line

Eshu’s Daily Moisturiser and Daily Exfoliator were both named finalists in the 2026 Clean + Conscious Awards, an Australian program that recognises low-tox, ethical and sustainable beauty brands.

It’s a smaller badge than the brand’s earlier Sephora and Macy’s run, but it’s independently checkable, which counts for more than another vague “as seen in” banner.
