Where did the inspiration for the product come from?
Personal experience! I developed an anal fissure after some passionate sex with a long-term partner. The fissure turned into a chronic problem and that became the pathway to product development. I saw numerous GPs and a rectal surgeon and was disappointed with the suggested road to recovery. The medical pathway involved an intense over-the-counter product that has severe side effects. How did you work out what ingredients to use?

How did you test the products?
