Troye Sivan Gets Gay Culture – Glory Holes And Semi-Nudes – To Promote New Song “Got Me Started”

(Instagram/@troyesivan)

If the Rush music video confirmed one thing for us, it’s that Troye Sivan understands what the Gays™ want. Whether that be a catchy bop referencing poppers, a viral dance trend with hot twinks, or a semi-nude selfie for the gram, he just gets it.

His latest insta post falls under the latter category and features a headless, naked selfie with the caption: “Got me started”.

What more is there to say?

We really can’t express enough how much we appreciate the renaissance of queer artists boldly defining our culture as they make it. But Troye Sivan is one of those who we consider close to our hearts. Maybe it’s because he’s an Aussie. Or because he came out before his career had even kicked off. Or because he makes sexy, gay pop. Or because he’s kinda cute. Or because we suspect that beneath the butter-wouldn’t-melt exterior, we think he likes lots of hard butt sex with poppers! (Read the lyrics, people!)

The viral Rush music video teased a new era of music for Troye with an upcoming album called Something To Give Each Other releasing October 13. Building anticipation for the new album, Troye has released a bunch of music merch on his online store; one item being an exclusive limited Glory edition vinyl for Rush. The cover sleeve is designed in such a way to resemble a scotch-taped glory hole with his face peeking through.

So, by our count, we have the Rush music vid, the Glory vinyl and the insta thirst trap. Safe to assume Troye’s entered his horny era and we’re more than happy to join him for the ride.
