This Ex-Broadway Dancer Built A 90-Day Fitness Empire After Being Expelled From Uni
Carson Twitchell runs VersFit, a mobile training program that helps people build muscle naturally within 90 days. His personal approach lets clients check in with him directly about their progress.
Growing up in Orange County, California, Twitchell split his time between sports and piano. He studied at Brigham Young University, aiming for a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts. His time there ended two semesters early when the university learned about his relationship status.
His background includes work as a performer, dancer, and singer. These roles showed him how fitness affects performance quality. This pushed him to focus on building a stronger, healthier body.
An ACL injury changed his path. He moved from NYC to Chicago, where he started helping others transform their bodies. This experience taught him how to create specific training plans for different goals.
At 185cm, (6-foot-1), Twitchell brings his knowledge to over 80,000 Instagram followers. His experience with injury has shaped his balanced approach to exercise and nutrition. He speaks openly about body image on his blog.
His recent Instagram post shows his supportive approach:
“All you (or anyone else) can ask of you is for you to do your best. Period. It’s ok if today’s best is not quite as good a yesterday’s best, because growth is never linear. So put down your impossible expectations of yourself, and be kind to yourself. 🥹 One day, one hour, one moment at a time… your power is right now. 🫶🏻”
