The Philippines has a new international winner. Kirk Bondad, the 28-year-old Filipino-German model and trainer, was just named Mister International 2025. After years of competing, Bondad has finally claimed one of the top titles in the male pageant world.
He is more than just those orange briefs.
Many will remember his viral appearance at the Bench Body fashion show, a moment that social media certainly did not ignore. Before this global win, he earned the Mister World Philippines title in 2022 and also won the Century Superbods competition. He clearly put in the effort to reach this stage.

While every man on stage was a serious contender, Bondad’s energy set him apart. He secured a top-five spot in the National Costume competition and was among the top three in the People’s Choice results. In the end, it came down to three men. Saadedine Hneineh from Lebanon was named first runner-up, and South Korea’s Choi Seung Ho finished as second runner-up. The night, however, belonged to Bondad.
The final answer sealed the win.
A title like Mister International requires more than good looks, and the final question is where contestants prove their substance. The men were asked what social or political issue they would highlight if invited to speak at the United Nations. Bondad’s response was clear and focused. “Because today’s children will be tomorrow’s leaders,” he stated. “Because ultimately, I believe if we can collectively do the right decisions, even in small steps, we will do a big impact internationally. We need to protect them and give them a chance.”
