Pole Vaulter’s Olympic Dreams Pole-Axed by His Own Pole
French pole vaulter Anthony Ammirati’s Olympic aspirations were cut short by a most unexpected hurdle: his impressive penis. The 21-year-old hottie was ready to soar to new heights in front of his home crowd, aiming to clear 5.70m and secure a spot in the final. But fate had other plans for this well-endowed athlete.
Just as Ammirati was about to release his pole and launch himself to glory, his sizable package decided to make a surprise appearance, grazing the bar with enough oomph to send it crashing down. Talk about a cock-block!
The young stud had already cleared two heights before his manhood stole the show, leaving him in 12th place with a height of 5.60m in Group A.
Meanwhile, Ammirati’s fellow Frenchmen, Robin Emig and Thibault Collet, managed to keep their poles in check, recording heights of 5.60m and 5.75m, respectively. Collet, who recently became the third-best French pole vaulter in history (and a definite contender for the hottest), expressed his own frustrations with his performance.
Ammirati wasn’t the only one to face a premature end on Saturday. British sprinter Jeremiah Azu was disqualified without even getting the chance to race due to a false start, claiming he reacted to a sound (or perhaps the sight of Ammirati’s impressive bulge).
As the competition continues, spectators around the world are reminded that sometimes, our greatest assets can be both a blessing and a curse.
