Meet The Strippers Baring It All in Florida’s New Gay Docu-Series, “Stripped Down”
A new docu-series called Stripped Down is heading to OUTflix on 3 March 2026, following six performers in Wilton Manors, Florida, as they split life between the house and the stage. It’s a six-episode run, and it’s set around the local strip scene, including Johnsons, where work and friendships tend to blur fast.

What Stripped Down is focusing on
The hook is simple. By day, the cast are roommates dealing with money, relationships, and the parts of themselves that do not fit neatly into a stage persona. By night, they clock in and perform in clubs where confidence sells, even when someone’s running on empty.
The cast mixes different lanes of nightlife and different reasons for being there. Crush Daddy is South African-born and described as a former Division I basketball player who rebuilt his life after addiction, while also working in adult content.
Silas, who performs as Honkytonk Hooker, moved from New York to South Florida chasing more opportunity. Jax, also known as Thomas Shute, brings in a more reflective angle through his book The Inner Guide. Tarzan is positioned as the sharp-tongued pole dancer who will say what others won’t.

Damien Lenore crosses into fire-eating, aerial performance, and burlesque alongside stripping. The sixth housemate is Ellie Lei (born Elizer Leica Gonzalez), described as a Cuban-born singer and performer based in South Florida.
The series leans into stripping as work, not a punchline. The reporting around the show points to themes like financial pressure, public judgement, and the effort of keeping it together in a politically tense climate.
It also lands in a small line of docs that have taken male stripping seriously. Instinct points to the 2019 documentary All Male, All Nude: Johnsons as a useful touchstone for the same scene.
