Strut and Fret (the team behind Blanc de Blanc and La Ronde) is selling Late Night Vice as a “no-cameras, no-evidence” night out, with cocktails available and a dress code leaning toward black tie or “all black”.

Who’s that boy? And, yes, there are women, too.

The promo images above spotlight the boys, but the cast is mixed. Headliners include burlesque performer Jake DuPree, aerialist Ruby McQueen, vocalist Emma Mylott, and musical theatre performer Melanie Hawkins (credits include Wicked, King Kong, and Saturday Night Fever). Spencer Novich returns with physical comedy, and Adam Malone rounds out the lineup.

What the vibe is, in the performer’s words.

In an interview with Nothing Ever Happens In Brisbane, Novich said the no-phone rule changes the room because “an audience is more engaged” and artists feel freer to “push the boundaries”. That lines up with how the show is marketed: immersive, late, and deliberately un-postable.

Before you book, read the warnings.

The official info lists nudity, profanity, strobe effects, loudness, and pyrotechnics, and it is clear that phones and cameras are not allowed inside the performance space.

Late Night Vice opens at The Grand Electric in Surry Hills on 12 February, running to 15 March, with late sessions Thursday to Saturday at 21:45 and Sundays at 20:00. The show runs for about 2 hours, is strictly 18+ with valid ID, and tickets start from $69.00.
