Joel Kim Booster And John-Michael Sudsina Announce Engagement – Love Wins!
Joel Kim Booster, the comedian and star of the queer rom-com Fire Island and Apple TV+’s Loot, has taken his relationship with partner John-Michael Sudsina to the next level. The couple announced their engagement during a Labor Day Weekend getaway, and we are bursting with joy!
Booster broke the news on social media, sharing a picture-perfect moment of him down on one knee, proposing to Sudsina on a boat. “Vacation boyfriend -> Vacation husband,” he wrote in the post. “Try to be normal about this.” Well, Joel, we’re trying our best, but it’s hard!
The newly engaged couple also posed for a heartwarming snapshot in front of two Korean statues from Jeju Island, their smiles radiating pure love and happiness. Booster treated fans to even more adorable pictures in an Instagram carousel, aptly titled “big time Korea dump.” He captioned the post, “Keep scrolling for a special surprise [sparkles emoji]. Very much in love. Very happy. No matter where I am, he’s my home.”
Sudsina, a game producer at Riot Games, has been by Booster’s side for several years. The couple made headlines in January 2024 when they shared a passionate kiss on the red carpet at the 75th Primetime Emmy Awards, showcasing their love for all to see.
We wish the happy couple all the best as they embark on this exciting new chapter together!
