Rodrigo Aburto Shaves His Head and Opens Up
Fitness influencer Rodrigo Aburto kicked off 2025 with a clean slate, literally. The muscular dancer has gone for a buzz cut, saying goodbye to his long hair. Fans noticed the change months ago, but Aburto only recently made it official on Instagram.
“I think this happened like a month and a half ago and I don’t know if I’m crazy but my body feels completely different (in a good way),” he posted.
Is the new look linked to his focus on mental health? Seems likely. After taking a month off from training, Aburto got real with his followers about his gym comeback.
“I wanted to share with you guys my routine. But instead of that, I’m going to share with you something more human and more relatable, which is how full of anxiety and how tired I was feeling on my first day coming back,” he said.
