Josh Heuston was 18-years-old and tending bar at a swish Sydney party when he was approached by a stranger. “Are you a model?” asked the man. “Yeah, right!” laughed Josh. But it wasn’t a corny pick-up line and he was signed on the spot to global agency Platform Me. Not even two years later and he’s emerging as one of Australia’s most sought-after male models shooting editorials and commercial campaigns for the likes of aussieBum and UE Boom. His Instagram following has grown from 300 to more than 150,000 in 18 months.

With his Anglo/Sri Lankan heritage, Josh is not just blessed with great looks, he’s currently studying a double degree in biomolecular science and commerce. His ambitions include a move to LA LA Land. Watch this space.
