Hollywood Heartthrob Nicholas Galitzine Set To Charm In “100 Nights Of Hero” Adaptation
Nicholas Galitzine, the breakout star of Amazon’s hit rom-coms The Idea Of You and gay faves Red, White And Royal Blue and Mary And George, has landed his next leading role in the film adaptation of Isabel Greenberg’s graphic novel, 100 Nights Of Hero. The movie, directed by Julia Jackman (Bonus Track), promises to be a captivating feminist fairy tale inspired by the classic collection of folk tales, One Thousand And One Nights.
Galitzine will portray the lecherous villain Manfred, who makes a bet with his friend Jerome that he can seduce Jerome’s wife, Cherry, within 100 nights. If Manfred succeeds, Jerome will give Cherry to him. However, Cherry and her lover, Hero, have other plans. Hero will tell Manfred a series of enchanting stories over the course of 100 nights to distract him from his seduction attempts.
Galitzine’s talent has not gone unnoticed by Amazon MGM, who have tapped him to star as He-Man in the upcoming live-action Masters Of The Universe and join the all-star cast of Three Bags Full: A Sheep Detective Movie. His impressive resume also includes roles in MGM’s Bottoms, Netflix’s Purple Hearts, and Starz’s Mary And George opposite Julianne Moore.
100 Nights Of Hero will be produced by Erebus Pictures, with filming set to begin this month. As anticipation builds for this unique and engaging story, fans of Galitzine and feminist fairy tales alike can look forward to a captivating cinematic experience.
