Pride Month is a time to celebrate everything LGBTQIA+, something DNA has ample experience with. Looking ahead, we’re so excited for all the queer representation we’re getting this season with Heartstopper coming out in August and the Red, White And Royal Blue film releasing soon!

Eager fans have been offered teasers for both with new behind-the-scenes snapshots, new official posters and first-look photos, reports Instinct.

Royally keen!

Red, White And Royal Blue is the New York Times bestselling novel by Casey McQuiston about the son of the US President falling in love with the royal Prince of England. Fans of the novel are well-aware that Alex Claremont-Diaz and Henry Windsor have been cast by Taylor Zakhar Perez and Nicholas Galitzine respectively, and we have been getting glimpses of filming ever since via their online socials.

A new movie poster has come out showing the two main stars in character and has sufficiently whet our appetites and left us royally keen! Eager-eyed fans noticed the rating on this movie is R; the book contained plenty of saucy sex scenes and with a rating of R we are hoping this translates to the screen!

Stopping our hearts!

Heartstopper is the YA series on Netflix based off of the webcomic of the same name written by Alice Oseman. The success of the first season launched Heartstopper’s young stars into the spotlight and has left its fans hungry for more. Earlier this year we got to see some of the filming and production with a few asides from the cast letting us know what’s in store for their characters. Now, new images have come out giving us the first looks at Heartstopper season 2, reports Teen Vogue.

What do we know for sure? Nick and Charlie will be in Paris as written in volume three of Oseman’s original webcomic and the whole Heartstopper gang will find deeper connections in their relationships. Oseman spoke about wanting to explore more of the side characters in this season and teased Nick and Charlie encountering their first real relationship problems.

We’re just so excited to see how much LGBTQIA+ content will be reaching our screens soon!
