Fran Tomas Models The New Swimwear He Created With BF Luke Evans
Many of us know Luke Evans and his partner, Spanish architect Fran Tomas, from their red carpet appearances and enviable travel photos.
The pair are also business partners in their swimwear brand, BDX, which is turning heads for all the right reasons. In these images, Fran shows exactly how the swimwear should be worn.
From personal style to a new fashion brand.
It was back in 2024 that Evans and Tomas launched their own label, BDXY Studio. The brand, created with stylist Christopher Brown, began with a tightly curated collection of twelve essentials. It offered a range of pieces from simple t-shirts and tank tops to practical beach towels and tote bags, establishing a clean and modern aesthetic.
The latest collection gets a personal touch…
The label has now expanded into men’s swimwear with its Atmios Swimbrief collection. While the initial release focused on classic colours like black, burgundy, and army green, the newest additions are much more graphic. Featuring striking designs and deep blue hues, the collection makes a statement.
Why have a model when you have a founder?
For the brand’s latest campaign, Fran Tomas stepped in front of the camera himself. The images show him confidently wearing the new designs, offering a genuine look at how the briefs are constructed. It is a smart and personal move that connects the creator directly with his product.
The photos are confident and highlight the swimwear’s cut and design without any distraction, proving that Tomas is as comfortable promoting the brand as he is co-running it. It seems when you’re this involved in a project, you are its best possible ambassador.
