Courtney Act, Rob Mills And Mystery Woman Had “A Bit Of An Orgy” Says Mills
Rob Mills has claimed in his new autobiography, Putting In A Show, that he had an “awesome, drink-fuelled threesome” with Courtney Act and a mystery woman in 2003 while competing on Australian Idol.

Rob Mills and Courtney Act both gained national fame by competing in the inaugural season of Australian Idol. Though Guy Sebastian took home the crown, both Mills and Courtney went on to have successful show business careers.
Courtney Act gained international fame after competing in RuPaul’s Drag Race and subsequently winning Celebrity Big Brother UK. Mills has had an extensive musical theatre career on the Australian stage in Wicked, Legally Blond, Grease and Jesus Christ Superstar.
Rob Mills’ recent autobiography Putting On A Show reveals details of the singer’s party days including his dalliances with gay friends and hook-ups with strangers while under the influence. One such anecdote involves Courtney and a woman named Sam (false name) and a threesome the trio had after filming on Australian Idol, reports Mama Mia.
“There were subsequent times when, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, I had flings with gay friends and sometimes strangers,” writes Mills. “Courtney, me and a woman; I’ll call her Sam. We had a bit of an orgy… Courtney and Sam had sex, Sam and I had sex, Courtney and I had sex. There was a lot going on.”
Though filled with reportedly salacious details of Rob “Millsy” Mills’ past, the autobiography touches on the singer’s advocacy for men’s mental health. Rob’s journalist girlfriend Georgie Tunny says, “Men need to do better – for humanity but also for their own mental health. As an objective journalist with absolutely no personal interest in the matter, I implore you to read Putting On A Show so that all the people who SHOULD read it get the message and pick up a copy, too. And to Robert, I say: you damn well did it!”
