The Cat’s Meow, a newly renovated cocktail bar on Sydney’s famous Oxford Street “pink mile”, is pouring down the Mardi Gras spirit with a week of extravagant parties, redefining the street’s party scene in the lead up to the big Mardi Gras Parade and Party climax.
