Winner of The Voice Australia, Alfie Arcuri is one of our featured artists in DNA #273 – The Travel Issue. Alfie is a singer/songwriter from New South Wales; after winning The Voice in 2016, he signed with Universal Music Australia.
He was once described as “Hugh Jackman with Sam Smith’s voice” – not a bad comparison. Now, Alfie is discovering who he really is, what makes him happy, and where he wants to take his career. Part of that process requires tapping into his dirty, flirty side for DNA.
In an interview with Marc Andrews, Alfie Arcuri opens up about his dirty, flirty side telling us how he has been caught out in his jockstrap. “Jockstraps look hot, and mine’s made a few appearances around Sydney,” says Alfie. “I don’t want to blow my own horn but I think I’ve got the butt for it.”
Alfie also opens up about his provocative shoot with photographer Jez Smith in the showers. “We shot the Overtime video in the shower. I was practically naked. Jez Smith, the photographer, had this way of making me feel comfortable in my own skin. I felt sexy. I’m excited for people to see it because it’s different for me. I like to tease a little bit, too,” he says.
