Transparent Star Jeffrey Tambor Latest Star Accused Of Sexual Harassment

Transgender actress, Trace Lysette is the second woman to come forward with claims that Transparent actor Jeffrey Tambor was sexually inappropriate towards her.

Earlier this month Tambor was accused of “implied inappropriate behaviour” by former assistant Van Barnes, Tambor denied the claim and describing them as “baseless”.

The latest claims by Lysette, who plays trans woman Shea on the show, alleges that Tambor pressed his body against hers forcibly rubbed his penis against her during a shoot then made inappropriate and unwanted sexual statements.

In a statement, Tambor denied any sexual misconduct but admitted he hasn’t always been “the easiest person to work with”.

“I can be volatile and ill-tempered and too often I express my opinions harshly and without tact,” he said. “But I have never been a predator – ever. I am deeply sorry if any action of mine was ever misinterpreted by anyone as being sexually aggressive or if I ever offended or hurt anyone.
