Ross Watson Captures Aussie Singer Alfie Arcuri

Sexy singer Alfie Arcuri has been captured in oils by one of Australia’s leading portrait painters, Ross Watson. “Ross asked me how I feel being in this industry [music and entertainment], and my response was ‘vulnerable, yet determined’,” says Alfie. “My favourite thing about this piece is the way in which my feelings in relation to music have been portrayed in such a life like way,” the singer commented on his portrait.

The painting and many others spanning Watson’s last 15 years are part of his Homines Uniformis exhibition, which can been seen in Melbourne from January 20 to 21, and in Sydney from February 22 to March 4.

“For such a long time I have been an admirer of Ross Watson’s art, and now to be included to his world renowned collection is an incredible honour,” says Arcuri.
