Riverdale Star KJ Apa Tells Rugby Star Israel Folau To “Sit Down”

New Zealand born actor, KJ Apa known best for his role as Archie on TV show Riverdale, has spoken out against Rugby player Israel Folau’s recent anti-gay comments.

Folau wrote on Instagram that gay people would go to hell, “Unless they repent of their sins and turn to God.”

Apa, a Christian himself, said the comments were “very disappointing” and questioned Folau’s right to judge people.

“Very disappointing comments.. our role as Christians is to LOVE not Judge. What gives you the right to condemn? Are you perfect? Sit down.” wrote Apa over a screenshot of Israel’s post to his Instagram story.
