Why do you set the annual recurring date that I’m charged to the 10th of the last month of my renewal?
We mail out subscriber’s copies approximately one week before the issue goes on sale. By setting the renewal date to the 10th of the last month of your annual renewal, we have enough time to prepare your copy for mailing.
Can I cancel my annual subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel at any time before your annual renewal is processed. If you cancel, you will still receive all of the print issues of DNA that you’ve paid for. To cancel, or change your payment method, simply log in and go to MySubscription.
How many issues of DNA will I receive?
You will receive twelve (12) monthly issues of DNA (both in Print and Digital editions).
