Kathy Griffin on “Nazi Trump, Turnbull and The Kardashians”

In fight mode, Kathy Griffin is a thing of beauty and terror. Her refusal to play nice leads to dark places – like the decapitated Trump picture that saw her shunned by Hollywood. But the furore has inspired her current world tour, Laugh Your Head Off, and she’s ready to roar. DNA quizzed the controversial star ahead of the tour…

On Trump: “He can suck my dick. The guy might be an actual Nazi. I apologised too soon. I take it back!”

On Malcom Turnbull: “We aren’t loving him right now but we have to give him credit for making fun of Trump.”

On living next door to the Kardashians: “We wave across the fence. My mum babysat the kids, they put her on Instagram and she became a mini celebrity!”

On DNA’s website: “I love Not Safe For Work-ish on your menu! I should get a tattoo that says that.”
