Speaking with DNA Jono explains: “The Reason Why I love It? Simply because your core and legs have to work to keep stabilised. The benefits are you get to focus on a large range of motion, which will give your pectoralis a large stretch unlike a Bench Press. For beginners it’s a perfect movement as your main connection will be coming from the Chest not the Triceps or Shoulders.”
