Average Age Of Virginity Loss Revealed In Study

British online health service has released results from their recent survey of 1000 people showing that the average age a same-sex attracted person loses their virginity is at 17.9 years old. The survey revealed that straight people lose their virginity at the average age of 17.6 years old.

Despite the slight difference in age between straight and same-sex attracted people, the survey found that a same-sex attracted persons ‘sexual awakening’ happened at an earlier age compared to straight people.

On average a same-sex attracted person’s sexual awakening happened at the age of 13.8 years-old, compared to 15 years old for straight people.
