I don't mind tattoos but his neck is too crowded and his torso seems to scattered and random, doesn't appeal to me at all.

I don't care for ink that is placed above the collar bone or below the wrist. This guy's torso ink looks like the work of an artist or recipient who has attention deficit/hyperactivity problems and yes, this guy is working the white trash look!!!

I don't think the amount is the problem as much as what is tattooed. If its a large tattoo but its all part of a grand design then it looks hot. But here it looks like he has decoupaged his body.

A lot of people love tattoos but I'm an old-fashioned guy. I prefer to admire the naked body as it used to be, without decoration. With too much ink it seems he is still wearing a t-shirt.
