Co-Founder of Vinsanity Shred Vince Sant is certainly shredding things up on his Instagram.

One of the things I thoroughly enjoy, is being accused of taking steroids. I've been accused via social media, I've heard people whisper it behind my back at the gym, I actually got into a small argument with this lady at the gym recently about a parking spot lol and she goes "Must be nice to be on the juice..", I laughed and said "Thank you". - Now the downside of people accusing me of taking roids... - Just the fact that people think the only way they can have the body of their dreams is with steroids, is sad to me. Yes the fitness industry is overloaded with people taking performance enhancing drugs, but that is not everybody. - Before you jump to conclusions, why don't you take a little time out of your day for an hour everyday and read up on nutrition, training and supplementation timing.. Then once you've done enough homework, put in work inside AND outside of the gym consistently, day after day after day.. then try to tell me I take steroids. - With the right nutrition plan, the right training plan, and the right supplements, you would be amazed what your body is capable of looking like. And yes, genetics do play a large role, but if you're using that as an excuse, that means you haven't done enough homework. It is very difficult yet very easy to go against your genetics.. - For example, I'm a true ectomorph (hard gainer), yet here I am more than 10 pounds heavier than I started the new year. - It ain't steroids. It ain't luck. It's a deep passion that drives me to small victories every single day. Yeah,drooling indeed,mmmmmmm,vince is such a hunky guy,great muscled physique he has,do agree with Gr-~29's comment above,do like the nude pic the best,dam,why's that cushion there!
