In most of the shots it looks like they Photoshopped his face to hell and back. It's almost like his face and body were in two different studios. They look that different.
It doesn't appear that he needs the help, so why eliminate every pore on his face and oversaturate his lips? I'm pretty sure none of us would kick him out of our fantasies if we knew what he really looked like.
