Doctor's Orders: How To Get Ripped with Rensburg

This is a great story that we had to share. Rensburg is a doctor based in Leeds, where he has practised for 23 years since migrating from Hong Kong. At the age of 40, he decided he wanted to set an example for his patients and lose some weight.
At 41 he is over 11kgs lighter and looking ripped. Hot doctor, anybody?
